Poshalicous Recipes: Sandy's Blueberry Muffins



1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

5 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

freshly grated nutmeg (to taste)

1 cup sugar

1 and ½ cups rolled oats

1 cup blueberries

 1 cup bananas (about 1 or 1½ bananas – I guess, the riper the better)

2 eggs

1 cup milk

6 tablespoons of canola oil


Mix dry ingredients together.

Mix up bananas and wet ingredients in a blender or food processor

 Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Put in muffin tins.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
