A Holiday Message

Dear valued customers,

As the end of 2021 draws near, the Posh team would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your support. The success of Posh is based on the relationships we have built with our customers over the years, and we really would not be here without you.

Over this past year, we continued to grow our online store, brought in new staff and some exciting new brands. We are so grateful for the opportunity to shop with you, and for you. Our passion of helping women feel their best remains as strong as ever and we are so lucky to be able to help you look and feel your best.

No matter what the economic climate has been, we have persevered together as a team, as a community, and have come out stronger. Over this past year, your continued support has contributed to helping organizations such as:

-       Canadian Breast Cancer Society

-       Nellies Women Shelter in Toronto East End

-       Star Light Children's Foundation

-       The War Amps

-       Afghan Women's Society

Working together to support all of these amazing organizations has been such a pleasure and we are proud to have you all be part of it.

As the end of the year approaches, we know that challenges associated with Covid are still at the forefront.  To lift your spirits, we've put together 5 ideas for you and your family to spice-up this (second) pandemic Christmas.

 - Eggnog Tasting
Love it or hate it, eggnog is somewhat of a Chrismas standard. Round up a few of your favourite bottles and hold a fun tasting with your family to discover a new favourite (or just find one that’s more palatable than usual). If you have chefs in your family, try making a homemade version instead!

 - Construct a Christmas Photo Booth in your house!
Even with a small gathering, a DIY photobooth will make your day so much fun. Dig out your old decorations that you aren’t using this year and set up a cute corner! Plus, it’s a good excuse to get the whole family dressed in their Holiday best at home.

- Stovetop potpourri
Get the aromas flowing in your house with a festive stovetop potpourri. All you need are apples, oranges, cloves and cinnamon sticks.

- Christmas song bingo
This is a great activity for Christmas day because you can do everything else that you need to while you play. Ahead of time, make sure that each song on the bingo card is also on the day’s playlist. Keep an ear out throughout the day and call bingo when you mark of 5 songs in a row on your card.

- Read Christmas classics out loud
If you have any readers in your family, then ask them to read a classic Christmas novel to the family.

Stay safe and best wishes to all of you and your families over the holiday season. We look forward to a successful 2022 working together to not only support our local businesses, but to give back to help communities worldwide.

Sending love & light,

Aileen Selkirk
