Cooking Burnout

During the covid pandemic there are times where you don’t feel like cooking. A charcuterie and cheese dinner is a great option. Easy to toss together some pickles, olives, hummus, cold meats, mini tomatoes, crackers and done! I picked up a beautiful wooden board from The Curator shop down the road. My tray’s are from Pippins, The cold cuts from Loblaws, there available everywhere, and the cheeses from Alex's cheese shop and olives from Casa Mia. I always purchase locally, so next time you just can't decide what to cook...don't!
